DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, CHIROPRACTIC, OR HEALTH RELATED SERVICES AND DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE OF ANY TYPE.

Device and Usage Information: We may also automatically collect certain anonymous information when you use KIRO Health, Inc. Services.
