Just got back from my first appointment with Dr. Michael and can already highly recommend this place. Instant relief of chronic neck and back pain/stiffness. I feel like a whole new person!

I've seen quite a few chiropractors, and some couldn't even get anything to crack, and used a heating pad pretreatment to try and loosen things up (with no success). Dr. Michael worked those muscles through himself before the adjustments. It's been so long since I felt this good!!! Looking forward to getting the package and getting on a REAL treatment plan for once!

Had an amazing experience! Dr. Michael is very knowledgeable and skillful in regards to chiropractic care. I have been to a few chiropractors in my lifetime and he's one of the best I've had the pleasure to be a patient of. He went over every medical/work related item in regards to potential body strains and used that to give me the best possible adjustment. As soon as the adjustment was over I felt instant relief. Very thankful for Dr. Michael and look forward to going back!

Have been going to Kiro in NoHo for quite some time now. First with Dr Michael and next with Dr Mike. Each time I go, I feel drastically better. From general tightness, to stiff necks, to lower back pain, getting an adjustment there has been a total game changer and I couldn't be more grateful. Lately, Dr Mike has really taken the time to work out years of having issues. His caring personality and intuitive methods have me coming back for treatments and feeling great after each visit.

I just started my membership about 2 weeks ago and I must it has been awesome. I am feeling the relief each week. I feel much much better since I've started. I absolutely love KIRO! From the second you walk in, the space feels super welcoming and calming. I really appreciate.the open space and environment and the personal greeting from Dr Kaden. What’s amazing is that they don’t just do a quick adjustment and send you on your way. They actually work on the root of the problem. After just a one visit, I’ve noticed a difference in my posture and my lower back hurts less. I definitely left feeling better and more aligned. I am nearly a month into my adjustments at Kiro and it has been such a great experience so far. Primarily, I’ve been adjusted by Dr. Michael and seen by Dr. Saheed at the UES location but also Dr. Mike at the NoHo location- all were excellent. I’ve had back pain a lot of my life and the consistent, warm, friendly, and beyond excellent/efficient adjustments that I get at Kiro have been some of the best I’ve ever received, esp. in NYC. It’s been the best gift to myself in this busy wedding planning season & I am so glad I jumped into care.

From the moment I walked into KIRO, I was impressed. The office smells amazing, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and I was greeted with professionalism right away. My exam was thorough, and Michael worked on my back with great care. I am a little sore (which is expected after an adjustment), but I already feel better and know it’s part of the healing process. The entire staff is professional, and the space itself is really nice. I will definitely be back!
